The Military Engineer Services, through HQ DW&CE (Navy) at Naval Complex Islamabad, invites applications from firms and contractors for pre-qualification to tender for five major construction projects under Clauses 13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules 2004. The works include construction of buildings and civil infrastructure at Creeks Area and accommodation facilities at Karachi, representing a substantial federal infrastructure programme in Pakistan. Prequalified firms will be issued tender documents for competitive bidding against these five distinct work packages, each evaluated on scope and technical merit.

Bank statements for two years are mandatory.
