Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from tax and Sales Tax registered firms for printing and supply of security stationery on CBS-I security paper in Muzaffarabad, AJK. The procurement includes ten thousand cheque books with ten leaves, twenty thousand cheque books with twenty-five leaves, and twenty PLS term deposit receipts with one hundred leaves. All security paper must be sourced from well-reputed security printing presses in Pakistan holding valid and proven no objection certificates for import of security paper issued by security paper mills or the Ministry of Trade and Commerce, Government of Pakistan. The tender is issued under AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 following single-stage two-envelope bidding procedures.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and income tax authorities, holding valid NTN certificates and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR or CBR. Blacklisted firms and those in conflict with government are prohibited. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 must accompany technical bids in the form of CDR, demand draft, pay order or banker cheque. Bidders must submit affidavits confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in government conflict anywhere in AJK or Pakistan. Incomplete bids, conditional submissions, and bids bearing unauthenticated cutting or overwriting will be rejected outright.
Bid documents costing Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) may be obtained until 16 September 2026 during working hours via pay order, demand draft or banker cheque favoring Bank of AJK. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9 September 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Head Office in Muzaffarabad. Sealed bids must reach the Manager Establishment Section, Operations Division, Head Office, Gojra Bypass Road, Muzaffarabad by 17 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day.
