Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination (MoNHSR&C) invites sealed quotations for hiring non-consulting services for printing of recording and reporting tools required by ICT health facilities. This procurement is financed through World Bank technical assistance under the National Health Support Program (NHSP) and is being conducted under a single-stage, one-envelope competitive bidding procedure. The project reference is P172615, and the RFQ number is PK-NHSP FEDERAL-568084-NC-RFQ. The contract scope involves printing of specialized recording and reporting documentation required to support ICT-enabled health facilities across Pakistan, with bids to be submitted and opened in Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), possess Income and Sales Tax registration, and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Unregistered bidders may register at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. All bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS Version 1; manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 256,500 must accompany each quotation in the form of a bank draft, call deposit, demand draft, or banker's cheque made payable to the Project Director, NHSP.
