PVTC seeks a printing contractor for trainee manual production including packing and delivery.
The procurement is conducted via e-Procurement portal, indicating an institutional buyer with formal compliance requirements. Bidders must navigate digital submission with detailed documentation and index requirements. Scale appears medium, covering multiple manuals for a government vocational training network. The closing date (21 September 2026) provides moderate response time. This is likely a recurring requirement given the nature of vocational training programmes.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify eligibility criteria, PEC category, or registration requirements explicitly. Typically, bidders for government printing contracts must be registered with the relevant tax authority (NTN), possess valid business registration (SECP/CMIS if private limited), and demonstrate printing capability with relevant plant and equipment.
