Street Pavement, Drain and Culverts Construction at Thana Baizai, KPK

Tehsil Municipal Administration, Thana Baizai invites sealed tenders for street pavement, drain and culverts construction work at Thana Baizai under the Saving of Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Program. The estimated cost is PKR 4.568 million with bid money of PKR 91,360. This infrastructure development project is being procured through single-stage single envelope procedure via ePADS portal under the auspices of the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA Authority for the financial year 2026-27. The work is approved under Administrative Approval No. 665/ASD/P&D/Mkd/TBz dated 31 July 2026. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may participate. Bidding documents are available for download from the official ePADS website at eeprocure.gov.pk following publication of this notice. Bids must be submitted as per specifications in the work order, with award determined on basis of engineer's estimate per MRS-2025 rates. Bid security shall be in the form of call deposit receipt favoring the Procuring Entity or TMO Thana Baizai. Original call deposit slips received through registered mail or courier must reach by the specified deadline and time, with opening conducted in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All required documents including valid PEC registration, KP Revenue Authority BOQ certificate, CDR, additional security, CNIC copy and NTN/income tax certificate must accompany the bid.
