National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from registered suppliers and service providers for the establishment of an IP PABX system along with WiFi network infrastructure at Gadani, District Hub, Sindh. This tender (reference 7019-D(a)/2026-27) is issued by NTC's Regional Headquarters (South) located in Malir Hall, Karachi. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department as Active Taxpayers and hold valid PEC registration alongside relevant experience in similar works. The contract scope involves designing, supplying, installing and commissioning a complete IP-based private automatic branch exchange system integrated with wireless network coverage to enable modern telecommunications at the Gadani facility.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, possess valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration in appropriate categories, and provide evidence of prior experience undertaking comparable IP telephony and network infrastructure projects.
