Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from reputable and experienced firms for inspection, functional and technical testing, specification verification, quality assurance, reporting, re-inspection and branding of donated used and refurbished Chromebooks intended for distribution to school students across Federal territory. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended. Bidding documents including Instructions to Bidders, Technical Specifications, Scope of Services, Bill of Quantities and Evaluation Criteria are available for download from EPADS/PPRA and the Ministry's website. Interested bidders must fulfil all eligibility, qualification and technical requirements specified in the bidding documents to participate in this competitive procurement process.
