The Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) MTI in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids through the EPADS system for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 100 KVA standby diesel generator set. This procurement also includes a separate contract for the supply and installation of new air conditioners and refrigeration equipment for the period 2025-2027. Reputed firms registered with Income and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bidders must follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules. A 2% bid security is required for the generator set, while a fixed bid security of PKR 500,000 is required for the HVAC equipment. Interested suppliers must submit a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 and upload their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal. All original bid security instruments must be submitted to the hospital administration before the bid opening at 11:30 AM on 13 May 2026."
