Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Abbottabad, a government entity registered under the Companies Ordinance 1984, is inviting competitive bids for five procurement packages totalling approximately PKR 24.7 million. The scope includes four annual framework agreements for repair and maintenance of water distribution systems (PKR 4.26 million), motor and pumps (PKR 4.87 million), transformer and voltage stabilizers (PKR 2.57 million), and civil works (PKR 2.93 million), alongside a works contract for renovation of the WSSC Head Office in Abbottabad valued at PKR 10.06 million. Bids will be evaluated separately for each package using the percentage above/below method under the single-stage-one-envelope approach.
Bidders must be registered with PEC in an applicable category, possess valid NTN and KPRA registration with active filing status on the FBR & KPRA Active Taxpayers List. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 must be deposited in Bank of Khyber Account No. 0043-002006320317 to download bid documents from the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security, with additional security potentially required under KPPRA Regulation XIV 2022. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes, levies and duties, and shall remain valid for three months from the bid closing date.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Manager (HR, Admin & Procurement) in Abbottabad. Completed bidding documents must be uploaded to kp.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:30 AM on 17 September 2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of the procurement committee and interested bidders. Original tender fee receipts and bid security documents must be physically submitted to the procurement committee on the opening date.
