Annual Maintenance and Repair of DWSS in District Mohmand 2026-27

Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA, PEC, and FBR, and possess valid registration status with all three bodies. For electrical and solar works, bidders must hold codes EE-04, EE-05, and EE-11 from the relevant authority. For mechanical works, codes ME-02, ME-04, ME-05, ME-06, and ME-07 are mandatory. Bidders quoting rates below 10% of the engineer's estimate must submit additional bid security equal to 8% of their bid cost. The primary bid security requirement is 2% of the estimated cost as earnest money, payable through courier before the closing deadline. A non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% on estimated cost must also be submitted with the earnest money deposit.

Bidding documents including detailed instructions and terms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned one day prior to the tender opening date. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the closing date of 18 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 PM. Additional security should be deposited in accordance with KPPRA regulation No. S.R.O (14), Volume I, dated 10 May 2022. Any bidder providing incorrect or incomplete information will be disqualified. In case of equal electronic bid costs among two or more bidders, the successful bidder will be declared by draw. All other Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa bidding and tendering rules remain applicable.
