The Public Health Engineering Division Kohistan Lower invites bids through the EPADS portal for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Annual Development Programme reference ADP # 176/251120 for the fiscal year 2025-26. The project scope encompasses water supply schemes specifically in the Pattan area of Kohistan Lower district with an estimated cost of 1.90 million rupees. An affidavit on stamp paper declaring no litigation with PHE Division Kohistan Lower, duly attested by an Oath Commissioner, is also required.
Bidding documents including BOQs, SBDs, and instructions can be downloaded from EPADS and KPPRA websites. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS before the closing date of 18-09-2026 at 12:00 noon. Original bid security and required documents must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope before opening time. Technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 1:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives. Clarification requests may be submitted until 16-09-2026 at 3:00 P.M. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders only will be opened on a date to be announced later.
