Description / Scope of Work
The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites sealed bids for the year-round operation and maintenance of the HVAC system installed at the OPF Head Office Building in Sector G-5/2. The comprehensive scope includes the daily operation and preventive maintenance of chillers, boilers, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, and air handling units to ensure optimal temperature control during business hours. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialization category ME01 (HVAC) and provide qualified staff, including one PEC-registered HVAC engineer with at least 5 years of experience. Bidders are required to submit a technical and financial proposal along with a bid security of Rs. 48,000 by the deadline of 11 May 2026."
