Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Agriculture Department invites national competitive bids for the procurement of stationery, printing services, conference and seminar materials, uniforms and protective clothing, computer stationery, entertainment and gift items for the financial year 2026-27. This is a framework contract with single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The procuring agency is located at 02-Bank Road, Old P&D Building Lahore, Punjab, and the procurement covers multiple categories of consumable and operational supplies required for departmental functions throughout the year. The estimated scope encompasses routine office supplies, promotional materials, staff uniforms and protective equipment, and miscellaneous items as specified in the technical schedules provided within the bidding document.
Bidders must be eligible vendors registered with relevant Pakistan authorities and must meet qualification criteria as detailed in the instructions to bidders. A bid security is required at the level specified in the bid data sheet, typically a percentage of the estimated annual value or a fixed amount as prescribed. Bidders are required to submit documents establishing eligibility, goods conformity to specifications, technical qualifications, and financial credentials. The bidding document contains detailed technical specifications, general conditions of contract, and special conditions applicable to framework agreements.
Bidding documents are available for download through the Punjab eProcurement System portal (PPRA Punjab). Sealed bids comprising technical and financial envelopes must be submitted online through the system by the closing deadline of 21 September 2026. Bids will be opened on the specified date by the procuring agency in accordance with the single stage two envelope procedure.
