A framework contract for supply of medicines and surgical/disposable medical devices to a government hospital in Chiniot valued at 9.0 million rupees for FY 2026-27.
This is a recurring annual procurement enabling periodic orders rather than one fixed delivery. The hospital will order items on a day-to-day basis as needed, providing operational flexibility. The tight deadline (18 September 2026) and requirement for mandatory Punjab e-Procurement registration may filter smaller suppliers; pharmaceutical suppliers and medical device distributors with existing hospital supply experience and digital procurement capability are well-positioned.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria beyond mandatory registration on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Typically, suppliers of medicines and medical devices must hold relevant business registration (SECP or equivalent), valid NTN, and appropriate provincial/federal licenses for pharmaceutical and medical device distribution. Past satisfactory performance with government health institutions is often preferred.
