Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of the Punjab invites bids for the Design, Build and Operation (DBO) mode procurement of works for construction and establishment of four Material Recovery Facilities – two in Faisalabad and two in Gujranwala. This is a significant infrastructure project aimed at supporting waste management and material recovery operations in both cities, with operations component extending beyond initial construction. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure under the PPRA Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
