Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department, through its Project Director for the Extension of an Existing Wildlife Park in D.I. Khan, invites bids for the procurement and supply of various species of ornamental, shade bearing and fruit plants. The project is valued at Rs. 2.6 million and is located in D.I. Khan city. This is a single-stage, single-envelope procurement conducted through the EPADS electronic platform in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. The scope encompasses sourcing and delivering multiple plant species suitable for wildlife park landscaping and environmental enhancement.
Bidders must be reputed and well-experienced firms duly registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with relevant Pakistani tax authorities. A bid security of Rs. 130,000 (equivalent to 5% of estimated cost) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan is required. Eligible participants must submit a photocopy of their National Identity Card, proof of active tax registration status, an affidavit declaring non-involvement in court cases with the department, and any other supporting documents. All applications must be signed by an authorized representative of the firm with official stamp.

Bidders must register at the EPADS portal, complete online bids, and upload scanned copies of all required documents along with original tender forms and bid securities in a sealed envelope to the Project Director's office at North Circular Road, D.I. Khan City via registered courier. Electronic bids must be submitted by 22 September 2026, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 Hours. Suppliers and their representatives are invited to attend the bid opening. Rates quoted must remain valid until 31 December 2026.
