Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Defence, through the Project Director of its Green AI Project Management Unit (PMU) at NASTP, invites sealed bids for the procurement of ICT equipment. This tender, under reference GREEN AI-GEN-ICT-06/2026, is open to firms and companies registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The equipment is intended to support the Green AI initiative at NASTP Alpha-19. Interested bidders can obtain detailed bidding documents, including technical specifications and terms and conditions, from the project office at Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi, or download them from the PPRA website. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the provided instructions and submitted by 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The procurement process ensures transparency and adherence to federal public procurement standards."
