Description / Scope of Work
The Virtual University of Pakistan in Islamabad invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of laptops and mobile phones under the DigiSkills 3.0 project. This tender is open to firms registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement process is conducted entirely via the EPADS portal, requiring interested bidders to register and submit their technical and financial proposals electronically. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000 is applicable. While electronic submission is mandatory, a hard copy of the bid security must also be submitted physically to the Directorate of Finance at the Sir Syed Memorial Society Building, Islamabad, by the closing deadline.
