Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites bids from contractors for renovation work at its Liaqat Road Branch in Sahiwal, Punjab. This is a construction/renovation project for bank building refurbishment with an estimated cost of Rs. 260,646. The project scope includes all renovation materials, labour, and delivery, with completion required within 45 days of work order issuance. Bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) under PPRA rules using a single-stage two-envelope procedure, with technical bid opening scheduled for 22 September 2026 at 11:30 am.
Bidders must submit bids in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST and income tax; bids without applicable taxes will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date, and all quoted prices must include delivery costs and other expenses.
