The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation in Peshawar, KPK, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the outsourcing of CT Scan and MRI diagnostic services at various public sector hospitals through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. This initiative aims to improve access to advanced diagnostic imaging in districts including Lower Dir, Kohat, Swat, Buner, Charsadda, Haripur, and Mansehra, specifically requiring 128-slice CT scans and 1.5 Tesla MRI machines. Private sector partners will be responsible for the provision, operation, and maintenance of these diagnostic facilities within public hospital premises to reduce patient referrals and out-of-pocket expenditures. The procurement is conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. All applications, including required bid security and legal documentation, must be completed and uploaded by the deadline of 15 May 2026."
