The Garrison Engineer (Army), Abbottabad invites applications from pre-qualified firms and contractors for the issuance of tender documents covering two major works packages in Abbottabad, Balochistan. Reference 6047/246/E6 covers seepage or roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation and maintenance of residential and non-residential works, re-carpeting of roads, external services of certain facilities at the station and Shinkiari and Havelian areas; and supply of bazaar materials including establishment and board and lodging provisions for RTEs and TC or DC for annual quarters of Garrison Engineer Abbottabad. The estimated cost shall be as per the tender documents. Firms and contractors must submit complete applications with credentials as detailed in Serial 8 of the notice for scrutiny before tender issuance. Tender documents will only be issued to firms demonstrating sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting special conditions required for the job and area. Tender submission deadline is 1130 hours on 21 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same date. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules.
