This is a small-value, one-off procurement of school uniforms and shoes for special needs students, totaling PKR 600,000.
The contract requires supply of differentiated sizes for boys and girls across winter and summer seasons, suggesting suppliers need manufacturing or sourcing capability across multiple size ranges. The short timeline to 21 September 2026 and relatively modest security deposit indicate this is a straightforward supply contract, though successful delivery requires understanding the institution's specific quality and fit requirements for special education students.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax purposes. Typically, suppliers to government educational institutions must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, maintain a clean compliance record, and demonstrate financial stability to execute performance guarantees of 10% contract value.
