This is a recurring framework arrangement for daily supply of medicines and surgical disposables to a teaching hospital.
The procurement uses a walk-in registration model with orders placed via email as needed, indicating flexible, ongoing demand rather than fixed quantities. As a technical-proposal-only registration process, eligible vendors must already be registered on EPADS and comply with local procurement guidelines. The tight submission deadline (21-09-2026) and daily ordering mechanism suggest vendors require established logistics and inventory capabilities to respond quickly to hospital requisitions.
Who can bid: Vendors must register on EPADS to participate. Bidders should typically possess valid business registration (SECP/NTN), valid pharmacy/medical distribution licenses from relevant regulatory authorities, and meet quality standards for medicines and surgical disposables. The notice does not specify PEC category or other restrictions beyond technical proposal requirements and compliance with SCH&ME procurement guidelines dated 09-01-2023.
