Medical Teaching Institution Mufti Mahmood Memorial Teaching Hospital in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 for procurement of four categories of medical equipment and consumables. The tender covers disposables and consumables for catheterization laboratory, patient bed elevators for cath lab, nerve stimulators for burn center, and specialized boilers for laundry serving the burn center. Bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue and reflect this status on the Active Taxpayer List. The procurement is issued through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform.
Eligible bidders must have valid income or sales tax registration with FBR as reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Bid security is required at 2% of the estimated cost for items 2 to 4, and 500,000 PKR for item 1. All mandatory documents must be uploaded alongside the bid security on the EPADS portal. Physical bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt must be submitted in the name of MTI MMM TH D.I.Khan. Bids submitted through manual delivery, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 September 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Hall of MMM Teaching Hospital to address queries. Sealed bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 25 September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 25 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
