Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Economic Zones Management Company invites bids from eligible contractors and firms for repair and maintenance of the RCC boundary wall and perimeter steel fencing, desilting and cleaning of storm water drainage and sewerage manholes network, and cleaning of the underground wastewater tank and sewage treatment plant at Khairpur in Sindh province. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope method under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board, holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C5 and above in Civil Engineering disciplines CE-01, CE-9, or CE-10. Mandatory eligibility requirements include income tax returns for the last three years, proof of absence from blacklist status, NTN and SRB registration certificates, details of manpower and equipment, and demonstrated net capital of at least PKR 30 million. Bidders must also declare any pending litigations or disputes with clients. Bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of a pay order must be submitted in the specified name.
Tender documents will be available from 09:00 am on 4th September 2026, with issuance deadline at 10:00 am on 22nd September 2026. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal with physical bid security submitted to SEZMC office by 11:00 am on 22nd September 2026.
