Description / Scope of Work
PNSC Workshop, Karachi, Sindh, seeks consultancy services for obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification. This procurement is funded through reserved budget allocation for the fiscal year 2026-27 and covers eligible payments under the consultancy contract for certification body engagement and related quality management system implementation support. The project is located at PNSC Workshop, 30 Dharamshala Street, Keamari, Karachi. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit proposals accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding documents. Eligible consultants and firms should possess relevant experience in ISO 9001:2015 certification advisory and implementation services. All bids must meet the eligibility and evaluation criteria outlined in the tender document available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
