Description / Scope of Work
The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), Office of the Deputy Inspector General, South Zone, Karachi, is inviting prequalification applications from Pakistan-based firms for supply of stores, miscellaneous items, and provision of repair and related services through an Open Framework Agreement under Regular Budget for the financial years 2026-2027 to 2028-2029. The procurement covers on-demand supply of goods and repair services at the DIG South Zone office in Karachi, with eligible prequalified applicants expected to participate in subsequent Call-off Contracts during the three-year framework period.
All Pakistan-based applicants meeting the eligibility requirements stated in the prequalification documents are welcome to apply. Bidders must submit pre-qualification applications that are duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative; applications without proper authorization will be rejected. Bid security as specified in the bidding documents must accompany each submission. The prequalification process is open and transparent, with bids to be opened publicly on the scheduled date.
Complete prequalification documents in English may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 via Pay Order or Bank Draft, or downloaded free from the NHMP website (www.nhmp.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) after registration. Bidders must submit original bids in clearly marked envelopes by 11:00 AM on 23-09-2026 to the DIG Office, Northern Bypass at KM 24 SB M-9 Opposite Al-Habib Restaurant, Karachi. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM the same day.
