Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of water dispensers with 20-litre bottles under reference P85252 for the financial year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract is intended to be funded from reserved funds allocated for FY 2026-27, and all procurement activities will be conducted electronically through the EPADS platform.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to demonstrate compliance with all eligibility criteria outlined in the standard bidding document, including possession of required registrations and licenses as applicable under Pakistani procurement law and regulations.

Interested bidders must register on the EPADS platform to access and download the complete bidding documents. Electronic bids must be prepared in strict accordance with instructions provided in the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
