For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a spare parts procurement for HIT's Hydraulic Autofrettage Facility with a six-month delivery window post-contract execution.
The bidding follows single-stage, two-envelope procedure on FOB terms. Qualifying firms must hold current HIT registration and three years of demonstrable government contract experience. The small fee (Rs 2,000) and emphasis on OEM trade links suggest technical/industrial equipment spares of moderate value. Competition is restricted to pre-qualified suppliers, indicating this is not a competitive open market procurement.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold NTN certificates and possess current HIT Registration, Pre-qualification, or Indexation letters. Attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates, three-year audit reports, and one-year bank statements are mandatory. Firms must demonstrate three years of government or semi-government contract experience. Non-blacklisting certification is required. Typically, distributors and agents must provide trade links with the OEM.
