Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore is inviting competitive bids for the laying of storm-water sewer infrastructure at Jinnah U-Turn, Maulana Shaukat Ali Road, Lahore, Punjab. This civil engineering project carries an estimated cost of Rs. 6,670,569 and represents essential drainage infrastructure development in the city. The scope involves complete design, material supply, and construction of storm-water sewer systems with all associated works required to bring the project to completion and handover.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization in codes CE-09 and CE-10. Contractors must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active Filer NTN and PNTN status. The bid security requirement is 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 200,117.07, and bids remain valid for 120 days.
Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. No hard copy submissions are accepted. Interested contractors should note that conditional tenders and bids quoted as a percentage of estimated cost will be rejected, and rates must be quoted against each line item in the Bill of Quantities.
