Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Lachi, KPK, invites sealed tenders through ePADs for three infrastructure and utility projects totaling 50 million rupees under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme for 2026-27. The works comprise construction of Portland cement concrete streets, drains and culverts at Tehsil Lachi and Kohat (20 million rupees), installation and solarization of new and existing pressure pumps at Tehsil Lachi and Kohat (20 million rupees), and PCC streets, drains and culverts at PK-91 (10 million rupees). All tenders will be processed through the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) in accordance with provincial procurement directions issued vide AO(Planning)/LCB/2-1/General File dated 14 April 2025.
Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for the financial year 2026-27 and hold current registration or enlistment renewal status with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, KPPRA or KPC in the relevant category. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to two percent of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit from scheduled banks. Sealed bid CDRs must be submitted through registered mail or courier services. Tender evaluation will follow the above-below system based on the Market Rate System 2025, with specific provisions for bids quoted up to ten percent, ten to twenty percent, and beyond twenty percent below engineer estimates, each carrying progressively higher additional security requirements.
The first tender for PCC Streets, Drains and Culverts at Tehsil Lachi and Kohat carries an earnest money deposit of two percent and closes on 01 October 2026 at 13:00 hours with opening at 14:00 hours the same day.
