Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Higher Secondary Special Education School for H.I Toba Tek Singh invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). The estimated cost of this procurement is PKR 35,00,000 (3.5 million), covering the supply and delivery of uniforms to the school located on Rajana Road opposite D.H.Q Hospital in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab.
Only Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must possess valid FBR registration and be in good standing with relevant tax authorities. A bid security of PKR 17,5,000 (5 percent of the estimated cost) is required to be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10 percent of the contract amount before contract execution.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Portal by September 23, 2026 at 10:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 am. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. The bid validity period is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be followed for this procurement.
