The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for the re-carpeting of roads in 'A' Block Model Town Lahore. This is a civil infrastructure project in Lahore, Punjab, procured under single stage single envelope bidding procedure. The project aims to rehabilitate and resurface roads within the designated residential block, improving road conditions and accessibility for residents. Eligible bidders must be contracting firms with valid enlistment with the Model Town Society, ensuring they meet the society's registration and compliance standards for infrastructure projects.
Bidders must have valid enlistment status with the Model Town Society to participate. The bid submission process follows a sealed envelope procedure, and bidders are required to adhere to all specified submission requirements. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance, maintaining discretionary authority throughout the evaluation process.
Detailed tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer, Model Town Society during regular working hours upon written request addressed to the undersigned. Bids must be submitted to the specified address before 1:00 P.M on 29 September 2026. The bid opening will take place one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives.
