Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Murree, under the Health & Population Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for six independent lot-wise framework rate contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers Local Purchase medicines, dialysis items, surgical and disposable items; laboratory reagents and dental items; X-ray and radiology films; stationery items; printing materials and publication items; and general store consumables and hospital equipment. The total estimated value across all lots is PKR 32,000,000. Bidding shall be conducted using the Single Stage—One Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, with bids to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Eligibility criteria are lot-specific. Bidders for Lot 1 must hold a valid Centralized Drug-sale License as pharmacy, manufacturer, or distributor. Bidders for Lots 2 and 3 must be manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors, or dealers of the respective goods. Bidders for Lots 4, 5, and 6 must be duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, or general order suppliers. A bid security of 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot must be furnished in favour of the Medical Superintendent. A bidder must quote all mandatory items within each selected lot, and prices must include delivery to THQ Hospital Murree with taxes stated in accordance with applicable law.
Complete bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through the portal in accordance with its instructions. The bid submission deadline is 26 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m., with public opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 a.m. at THQ Hospital Murree or through the e-Punjab Procurement Portal.
