Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Chakwal invites bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for the procurement of training material for the Plumber Trade program. The tender is referenced as GCT/CKL/2026-27/PLUMBER/02 with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,721,130 and will be executed during the 2026-27 financial year. This is a focused procurement to equip the plumbing vocational training program with necessary materials and equipment at the Chakwal campus in Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department. A bid security of Rs. 186,056 must be submitted online in favor of "TEVTA Non Salary (6580003258000385)" with The Bank of Punjab through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be evaluated on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method, meaning total rates for the complete tender package will determine winner selection. Only Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with documents mentioned in the tender document need accompany bids.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System website by 10:00 A.M. on 26-09-2026, with bid opening scheduled for 10:30 A.M. on the same date.
