PBTE is procuring profile workstations on a frame work contract basis valued at PKR 5.4 million, covering complete supply, delivery, installation and placement services in Lahore.
This is a fixed-price whole package procurement using unit rate method under national competitive bidding. The tight submission window (11:00 AM 24 September 2026) and requirement for GST/NTN registration narrows the eligible field to established, tax-compliant suppliers. The specification of 'profile workstations' suggests specialized office furniture; bidders must clarify specifications early. Framework contracts typically imply potential for volume orders or renewal, though this notice provides limited detail on contract duration or volumes.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid, active GST and NTN registrations and be well-reputed in the market. Bid security of PKR 270,000 must accompany submission. Typically, for goods procurement under PPRA rules, suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authority and possess trade or business registration. Sole traders and companies are eligible if meeting registration criteria.
