Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Chakwal invites competitive e-bids for procurement of training material for the Welding Trade under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The estimated tender value is PKR 2,864,815 and the contract will be awarded using an accumulative cost basis least cost method. This procurement is part of TEVTA's 2026-27 training programme at the Chakwal campus and aims to supply essential welding training materials to support the vocational education curriculum and hands-on training delivery for students enrolled in the welding trade programme.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Department to be eligible for participation. A bid security of PKR 143,240 must be submitted online in favor of TEVTA Non Salary account (6580003258000385) at The Bank of Punjab through the Punjab e-Procurement System. All bids must comply fully with the bidding documents and tender requirements. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates must accompany each submission. Only bidders meeting these financial and regulatory eligibility criteria will be considered.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit completed bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) by 12:00 P.M on 26 September 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 P.M. Prospective bidders should submit bid security as early as possible to avoid technical delays.
