Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Thoha Bahadur, Chakwal, invites bids for the procurement of training material for the General Electrician Trade under a Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. The estimated value of the procurement is PKR 2,602,600 with a bid security requirement of PKR 130,130. This tender covers the supply of specialized training materials and equipment necessary for conducting General Electrician Trade courses at the college in Chakwal, Punjab. The procurement is open to active tax bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and hold valid registration certificates. Bid security must be submitted online in favor of TEVTA Non Salary (6580003258000385) at The Bank of Punjab through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. All bids will be evaluated on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method to determine the lowest evaluated bidder. Bids submitted through any means other than the e-procurement system will not be entertained or accepted.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Completed bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System website by 10:00 A.M. on 25-09-2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 A.M.
