Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), Maintenance & Planning Department, invites sealed bids for the negotiated procurement of replacement Fan Coil Unit (FCU) equipment to be installed at the PNSC Building located on M.T. Khan Road in Karachi, Sindh. Funds have been reserved under the FY 2026-27 budget for this goods procurement. The tender uses a Single Stage-One Envelope evaluation process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology, conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is referenced as P114670.
Eligible bidders must submit sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and are required to be registered on the EPADS platform to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility and technical requirements outlined in the Standard Bidding Document.
Bid documents are available online at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/114670. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
