All print media and PPRA charges will be borne by the winning contractor. Quotations with omissions, misprints, typing errors or illegible entries will be rejected, as will any bid showing discrepancy between clauses and quotation content.
Acceptance of spare parts and supplies will be subject to functional testing by competent inspection authorities. Principal documents including sales tax invoices, firm bills and sales tax deposit documents must be provided at delivery of items where deemed necessary. Interested bidders should submit their sealed quotations by the closing date with all required supporting documentation for evaluation and consideration.
