Wah Brass Mill, a production unit of Wah Industries Limited, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of DBS Spiral Roller Brush CO8 for use in the Pickling and Brushing Section. The tender seeks six units of the specified equipment to be supplied on a CPT Islamabad or CFR Karachi basis, inclusive of air or sea worthy packing. This is a foreign purchase tender issued under reference TE No. 08-FP-SPIRAL ROLLER BRUSH-PUR-WBM-2026-27 dated 07-09-2026 for delivery to the Wah Cantt facility in Punjab province. The quotation must remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender opening date and should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantity without prior notice.
Bidders must submit quotations using the single stage two envelope method, with Part I containing technical details, literatures, brochures, validity date, delivery schedule and signed undertaking without price indication, and Part II containing commercial terms including price, payment terms and supply mode. Conditional or alternative offers will be ignored. Supplies shall be subject to inspection at the purchaser's premises and supplied on warranty or guarantee basis with the warranty and guarantee period and spare parts availability to be specified. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee at 10 percent of the CFR contract value, unless the total CFR value is less than USD 50,000, in the form of a pay order or unconditional bank guarantee from a scheduled Pakistani bank, to be furnished within 15 days of contract signing but before letter of credit opening, valid for 12 months after letter of credit expiry.
Sealed quotations must be addressed to the GM-BD at Wah Brass Mill and submitted to POF's Bid Centre (Room No 02) behind Rabta Hall, POFs Wah Cantt, Post Code 47040, and must reach before 1100 hours on 14-10-2026. Tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained. The tender will be opened at 1130 hours on 14-10-2026 (Wednesday), and bidders may witness the opening if desired.
