Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of RHQ Hospital Chillas, Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed tenders from experienced and qualified contractors for the supply of medicines and medical materials under the Prime Minister Health Facility Programme for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender is issued under reference 2705/RHQ/Store/2026 dated 8 September 2026 with an estimated value of 1,000,000 Pakistani rupees. Tender documents are submitted on a double envelope basis as per prescribed rules and regulations, with detailed specifications available from the hospital office.
Eligible bidders must possess a Drug Sales License in Category A or B for wholesale operations and demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in pharmaceutical supply, sales, or participation in the Prime Minister Health Card scheme. Bidders are required to submit a bank statement covering one year, an affidavit of 5 million rupees, and a bid security amount of 1,000,000 rupees in the name of MS RHQ Hospital Chillas. The highest discount offered by both national and multinational suppliers will be accepted, and bid security may be forfeited in case of supply failure or quality deficiency.
Tenders must be received by 10:30 AM on 24 September 2026 and will be opened at 10:00 AM on the same date in the presence of the bidder or their authorized representative.
