Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Category-C Hospital Samar Bagh, District Lower Dir, invites sealed bids for the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, medicines and allied items under National Competitive Bidding through the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). The procurement covers sixteen categories of goods including local purchase of emergency medicines, surgical disposables, vaccines, biologicals, dental items, laboratory and blood bank reagents, medical gases, furniture, electrical and plumbing items, contingency items, medical instruments, IT equipment, X-ray films, stationery, bedding and clothing, ECG and ultrasound accessories, and printing and publication materials. Bids must be quoted in both figures and words on the original letterhead of the bidding firm, daily signed and stamped on each correction page. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS; hard copies containing the original Regulatory Protection Order (RPO) must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 15 September 2026, with electronic bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day. A separate bid shall be submitted for each item, and bidders must execute a contract agreement on the prescribed value with Judicial E-Stamp Paper. The Medical Superintendent, THQ Category-C Hospital Samar Bagh reserves the right to accept, reject or invite revised bids.
