The DHQ Teaching Hospital Mardan invites sealed tenders for the supply of drugs, medicines, surgical items, disposables and non-drug items registered with the Drugs Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) under the Drug Act 1976 for the financial year 2026-2027. This is a single-stage procurement through one envelope, conducted via the E-PADS online system. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities; black-listed firms are excluded from participation for the year 2026-2027. All items shall be provided on the signatures of the Medical Superintendent and Ward In-charge & In-charge Pharmacist according to patient need.
Bid documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the E-PADS online system or may be obtained from the Medical Superintendent's office during official working hours. The bid opening shall take place on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of all tenderers and authorized representatives. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest discount. The shop shall remain open for 24 hours for emergency medicine supply. Successful bidders must execute the agreement on judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- and provide home and shop telephone numbers to the main pharmacy.
