Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders for the construction of an auditorium hall and lecture theaters building at the TSG Training Centre in Lahore, Punjab. The project is being executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode basis under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The tender reference is E-PADS Ref No. F-26091957173, and bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and scope of work are available for free download from the NGC website at www.ntdc.gov.pk/tenders.
Bidders must be eligible firms or corporations registered with the relevant authorities. The bidding documents will specify the required qualifications, experience, technical capacity and financial standing needed to participate. Bid security and performance guarantees will be required as per the conditions laid out in the tender documents. NGC reserves all rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of the PPRA Rules 2004.
Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents must be submitted electronically through E-PADS on or before 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time on 29th September 2026. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
