The Headquarters Special Communications Organization in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement and implementation of an ODOO Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The project involves the supply of licensed software and relevant technical stores to enhance organizational resource management as per the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Original manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments are eligible to participate. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Ordnance Branch of this Headquarters on any working day upon submission of a non-refundable bank draft of Rs.2,000. Interested contractors must submit their technical and financial proposals along with a sealed brochure by 1000 hours on 12 May 2026."
