Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) invites bids for the annual renewal of Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). This is a non-consultancy services procurement planned for fiscal year 2026-27, utilizing reserved funds to cover eligible software licensing payments. The procurement will be conducted on a national basis using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract covers the provision and renewal of Microsoft 365 licensing services for Pakistan LNG Limited's operational requirements.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Eligible bidders should ensure they meet the registration requirements on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System and comply with all specified eligibility and technical criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Preference will be given to authorized Microsoft partners or vendors with demonstrated experience in providing enterprise software licensing solutions.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/67577. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
