Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, located in Mansehra, KPK, invites sealed tenders for the supply of best quality Basmati Rice under a 12-month contract. The tender is open to suppliers registered as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue, holding valid GST and Income Tax registration. Bidders must submit detailed quotations on firm letterhead, including authorization letters from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or authorized distributors, tax compliance records for the preceding year, company profiles, bank statements, and quality certifications. The tender emphasizes transparent and non-discriminatory evaluation based on lowest evaluated bid, with ready stock given preference.
Bidders must deposit earnest money equivalent to two percent of the total tender amount as a refundable bank draft or pay order drawn on National Bank of Pakistan in favor of the Principal. Additionally, a non-refundable bidding documents processing fee of Rs. 5,000 must be provided at the time of bid opening. Suppliers must be tax filers with FBR, and applicable income tax and GST will be deducted at source. Prices should remain valid for ninety days and must not be revised after order placement. In cases of defects or non-standard supply during the contract or warranty period, replacement must occur within fifteen days; failure to comply will result in procurement from alternate sources at the vendor's expense.
Bids must be addressed to the Principal, Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra and submitted no later than 24 September 2026 at 1130 hours. Bids received after the stipulated deadline will not be considered, and the institution accepts no responsibility for postal delays. Tender opening will occur at 1200 hours the same day in the presence of tenderers. All bid documentation must be submitted in English and quoted in Pakistani Rupees. PSCCB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 33.
