Description / Scope of Work
The Large Taxpayers' Office, a department of the Federal Board of Revenue operating under the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, uniforms, store items, miscellaneous services and repair works for the financial year 2026–2027. The office is located at Plot No. 20 Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad. This is a framework or rate-contract procurement covering multiple categories of consumable supplies and services to support office operations over a twelve-month period ending 30 June 2027. Bidders must submit bids without any deviation from the tender instructions. Earnest money of Rs. 50,000 (fixed, refundable) is required for each category in favour of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, LTO Islamabad. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of sales tax and other applicable government taxes. Bids shall remain valid for 30 days after receipt. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons, and may increase or decrease quantities as needed.
Sealed tenders must be uploaded on the PPRA website and ePADS 2.0 platform on or before 22 September 2026 by 12:00 p.m., with electronic opening scheduled for 12:30 p.m. the same day. Supplies must be delivered within one week of receiving the supply order. Payment will be made in full following satisfactory delivery of goods against invoices; services will be invoiced monthly with statutory deductions applied.
