District Police Office, Murree invites frame work contract tenders for procurement of twenty-four categories of supplies and services for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost for each procurement head must be submitted through online PSID generated in the E-Procurement Punjab system. Bidders applying for lubricant supply must submit manufacturer or authorized dealer certificates issued during 2026-2027. All bids must be prepared in English or Urdu language with prices quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and E-Procurement Punjab portal. Interested firms must upload bids through the EP Procurement Portal Punjab by September 25, 2026 before 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM through the E-Procurement software in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firm representatives. Financial bids will be opened on the tentative date of September 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The framework contract shall remain valid until June 30, 2027, with interested firms required to maintain consistent quality and rates throughout the contract period.
